Bridging Worlds to Build Systems of Change

Maneli Mirkhan

Born in Tehran under an Islamic dictatorship, I witnessed oppression not as an abstract concept, but as daily reality. Eight years of war became my childhood's backdrop, forging resilience as a survival skill. I learned early that freedom, justice, and change are not given—they are built. At thirteen, I left Iran carrying both the weight of what I had seen and the conviction to transform it.

Today, based in Paris, I operate at the intersection of geopolitics, strategy, and systemic change—where decisions taken in closed rooms shape the course of nations. For over two decades, my career has spanned continents, industries, and disciplines: from advising energy multinationals on strategic transformation to guiding states and alliances through nuclear non-proliferation, hybrid warfare, and democratic transitions.

My work draws on a deep understanding of global power dynamics and the local realities that determine success or failure. I hold advanced degrees in Energy Economics (IFP School/CEA) and International Economics (Sorbonne), allowing me to bridge technical, economic, and political dimensions. Over two decades working on major projects across the Middle East, I gained direct insight into the Islamic Republic's inner workings.

I design strategic architectures that integrate political, economic, and societal levers to secure lasting advantage. Every engagement is bespoke, discreet, and high-stakes—grounded in systemic thinking and aimed at enabling clients to anticipate disruption, align diverse interests, and act from strength.

You cannot understand a system until you try to change it. — Kurt Lewin

My mission extends beyond advisory work: shaping a secular, democratic future for Iran, reinforcing democratic governance globally, and ensuring the international order has tools to counter authoritarian expansion. I operate not only as a strategist but as an active voice for change.

My purpose is clear: to turn complexity into clarity, and vision into reality—ensuring that when the moment to act comes, the path is already prepared.
